摘要：
VM700T manufactured by Tektronix is the main instrument for video measurement. It is the basic premise to know about and become familiar with it so as to be skilled at it. However, due to many factors such as expensive equipment and field limitation, there is difficulty in related experimental operation trainings. Therefore, by designing the system to realize non-field limitation, the convenient and intuitive distance learning can be realized. The specific process of realizing virtual simulation video measuring instrument with Flash and programming language is introduced in great detail in this paper. By giving out the functional module for realizing specific testing, the problem about operating measuring instrument through virtual simulation method is better solved.
