摘要
With the emergence of 5G communication networks, the communication industry has ushered in a new development direction. Based on this, 5G communication networks need to be continuously adjusted to meet the requirements of 5G communication network transmission in the era of big data. This article analyzes the application of big data in the 5G communication network. The purpose is to avoid the occurrence of data abnormalities and provide important support for the stability of the communication network system. This article focuses on the application of big data in corporate human resources and the application of artificial intelligence in corporate human resources. By enumerating the specific application methods of enterprises, and taking G company as a case, it uses empirical analysis and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore its human resources. Optimize existing human resource management problems to help relevant enterprise managers to deal with problems steadily in the trend of the big data era. Improving the management of the talent reserve in the enterprise can also promote the development of the enterprise, making the talent reserve of the enterprise one of the competitive advantages of the enterprise. This paper takes the design and development of embedded software as the main research direction, combined with engineering applications and actual needs, design and implements a matching real-time imaging software system. Data processing technology has developed with the development of big data. Among the many processing technologies, cloud computing technology is the most used in all walks of life. The development of this technology can also be used in human resource management. There are already many companies Apply cloud technology to your own industry.
