The Analysis of Technology Upgrade Path with Intermediate Goods

Basing on the statistics and analysis of Chinese intermediate goods trade situation of last decade, this paper discussed the production position of Chinese intermediate goods trade in the world, made the Chinese assembling model revealed especially in Chinese foreign trade. Meanwhile, this paper tried to explore the path of industrial restructuring and technology upgrading for Chinese enterprises. Some ideas of developing channels and methods basing on intermediate goods technology upgrade were put forward. Some advantages of intermediate goods trade especially some suggestions to Chinese enterprises were summarized at the end.
