摘要
We present a new approach to extract the parameters of photovoltaic modules. This method, called the synergetic control theory approach, relies on a first analytical calculation step followed by a numerical calculation step, achieving efficient extraction of the parameters of the one-diode model, in particular the series resistance R-s. The method is based on the transformation of a nonlinear equation to a differential equation, whose numerical solution provides the values of the desired parameters simply by replacement in the previously found literal equations. To evaluate the efficiency of the method, tests were carried out on three chosen types of photovoltaic module technology, Kyocera KC200GT (polycrystalline), Shell SQ160 PC (monocrystalline), and Shell ST40 (thin film). To validate the proposed model, simulations were carried out at several temperatures and irradiation conditions.
