摘要
Private employment services agencies in Taiwan have been a key factor in foreign labor issues. For a long time, private employment services agencies have had inseparable relationship with introduction and management of foreign labors, the quality of private employment services agencies is related to the management of foreign labor, and the success of foreign labor policies. Ensuring and promoting the service quality of foreign labor agents have become a crucial issue. This study therefore aims to understand the effects of evaluation indicators on service quality. Total 600 questionnaires were distributed for this study and 378 copies were retrieved. Deducting 144 invalid questionnaires, the effective ones were 234, with the response rate of 39%. The research subjects included senior managers and staff in private employment services agencies, as well as the evaluators.
