摘要：

This paper studies the relation of industrial policy and competition policy in China. The purpose of this study is to ordinate industrial policy and competition policy to national economic development strategy. This paper analyzes the cconflicts of industrial policy and competition policy. This paper proposes measures for the co-ordination of industrial policy and competition policy. Conclusion is that the interests of society as a whole are the basis for coordinating industrial policy and competition policy.
