摘要：
Debt financing has certain effects of treatment, this study focused on the listed companies of China and establishing the analysis model of governance effect of debt financing. Through empirical analysis, concluded that the governance effect of debt financing of listed companies in China is weakening. In order to make the governance effect of debt financing of listed companies in China play better performance, this paper presents three major ways of governing channels: perfecting debt contracts, arrange the debt structure reasonably and pay attention to bond design.
