摘要
Several researches address that innovation is the direct determinant of bank performance. Having a relevant innovation in banking sector allows the bank to increase customer satisfaction, market effectiveness and profitability. Product and service, process and market, strategic innovation and administrative innovation are the four measurement aspects of innovation. This paper presents specifically the effect of service innovation on bank performance. The review addressed the research findings that show the one-to-one associations between service innovation on end user's satisfaction and profitability of the bank.
