摘要：
Big data plays an important role in the integrated use of resources of science and technology, and the promotion of innovation. On concluding the use and sharing of science and technology resources in recent years, opportunities and challenges brought by the development of big data were analyzed. Measures of promoting science and technology resources integration and optimal allocation, and innovation-drive supporting strategy were introduced.
