摘要：
The anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha agents represent the second generation of psoriasis therapy. Research has produced a third generation of biologic treatments, some of which offer greater efficacy than the TNF-alpha inhibitors. This article reviews the data documenting the efficacy and safety of three types of biologics. (C) 2016 published by Frontline Medical Communications
