摘要：
The neoclassical economic growth model using external loan is under consideration. The problem is to constract the consumption and investment policy providing maximum to the sum of the discounted terminal equity and the amount of the discounted consumption over a finite horizon. On the base of the sufficient optimality condition, the synthesis of the optimal policy is given.
