摘要
Object: A study of methodological approaches to risk management of intellectual capital under the in-fluence of contemporary processes of globalization and integration in the labor markets, and intellectual capital. Methods: The paper analyzes the influence of the intensified regionalization processes on the labor market of individual states on the company's intellectual capital. The authors concluded that the process of structuring risks of intellectual capital allows us to identify risks that lead to critical damage, which, in the current globalization, integration and partial regionalization processes, is relevant for all enterprises. Findings: The paper proposes a multi-level procedure for structuring risks of intellectual capital based on analysis of the external and internal environment, chosen strategies and strategic orientations of the company. Conclusions: Having developed the procedure for managing intellectual capital in general and the impact on its risks, in particular, the company can control the level of production and service intellectualization.
