Theoretical Analysis and Model Building of Social Crisis Governance from the Perspective of Synergetic Governance

The famous scholar Joseph A. Schumpeter held that "creative destruction" exists in the process of social development. Chaos and potential crisis resulted from the social structural adjustment in China are of such cases. Turbulences caused by social structural transformation may result in unbalanced allocation of interests, leading to frequent occurrence of critical situations. Therefore, studying social crisis governance is of great theoretical significance and can guide the current government governance in China. Against this background, this paper adopts the synergistic governance and analyzes its correlation with social crisis governance, and then explores the model building of social crisis governance. Finally, it proposes some measures from the perspectives of responsibility distribution, decision-making, resources guarantee, and network construction.
