摘要：

This article analyses the determinants that influence that public policy networks, as constructs for collective action, act as mechanisms to promote successful joint action between government and non-governmental actors. In this term, the implementation of the Magic Villages Program in Valle de Bravo is systematized as a public policy network, considering two dimensions; on one hand, structural attributes (or network structure) as independent variables; and on the other, effectiveness, efficiency and innovation as dependent variables.
