摘要
In this paper, the application of atmospheric plasma in pigment dyeing was studied. The influence of treatment power and time of plasma were discussed. The effect of different adhesives and curing conditions on pigment dyeing was also researched. The optimum conditions were determined by measuring the K/S value, levelness, color fastness and fabric surface morphology with SEM. The results indicated that atmospheric plasma treatment improved the pigment dyeing properties obviously. The optimum conditions of plasma treatment were defined as follows: power was around 3000W and speed was 0.5m/min. The type and concentration of adhesive had influence on dyeing properties as well as curing conditions. When the PU adhesive was at 20g/L, curing temperature was 120 degrees C and curing time was 3min, the K/S value of cotton dyeing fabric treated by plasma approached to that of cationic modified. Meanwhile the color fastness and hand feel were basically similar.
