摘要：
In the new historical period, only through innovation and innovative management can the enterprise have their comparative advantages and develop sustainable and healthy. Firstly, the author explains connotation of innovative management, then discusses the necessity of strengthening enterprise Innovation management in our country. Finally, the author proposed some suggestions for our enterprise Innovation managements. The enterprise Managers and employees should fully understand the necessity and urgency of strengthening our enterprises Innovation management and should widen eyesight, adapt to the situation, keeping pace with the Times, innovate wholly, strengthen the management of innovation constantly and improve enterprise's competition ability of participating in the domestic and international market practically, therefore, to make more contribution to China's economic booming.
