摘要
The dynamic control strategy of intelligent processing system with RGV and CNCs is particularly critical in modern industry. This paper mainly studies howto design the dynamic scheduling strategy of RGV according to the number of process and time of material process. In this paper, an effective stepwise optimization algorithm is proposed, and different initial values are selected to improve the efficiency of the algorithm. Under the test data, we found that a simple cycle scheduling strategy can get the optimal value, and up to 365, 346, 374 materials can be added. In the two processes, under the above model, all 256 CNCs arrangements are considered, we found that up to 248, 213, 268 materials can be added under the test data.
