摘要
This paper deals with various challenges faced by the visually impaired people in their daily life routines. Hence, it is strongly required to mitigate these challenges to increase their quality of life. A latest advancement in various areas of research and development give new hope to the visually impaired people. Many devices is available in the market which can detect obstacles and assist human but unfortunately the cost is too high, and training of these devices prevent them from taking the advantages of these available devices. This project aims to design and implement various units which are of low cost as well as user friendly and robust. The combination of ultrasonic sensor, water sensor and buzzer on Arduino board result into a perfect portable hardware that can be mounted on gloves, shoes and cane. This can detect obstacles and water before it comes in contact with the user.
