摘要：

The higher vocational colleges students' professional ability refers to their modern professional capability, including the basic ability, professional ability and key competencies. According to knowledge based traditional teaching model, it is difficult to achieve development of students' professional ability unless the college - enterprise cooperation and work - study combination models are applied to realize it. This article gives discussions on the model of college enterprise cooperation, the organization of work - study combination, and also discusses on the implementation of the college - enterprise cooperation and work - study combination.
