摘要：

Let G = (V, E) be a simple graph without isolated vertices. The GA(1) index of G is defined as the summation of 2 root d(u)d(v)/(d(u) + d(v)), where for every vertex x, d(x) denotes the degree of vertex x. In this note, some properties of GA(1) index are presented.
