摘要
The eco-essence of urban environmental problems is the temporal and spatial stagnancy and exhaustion of material metabolism, the structural and functional fragmentation and agglomeration in system coupling, the shortsighted social behaviors dealing with the part-whole relationship and the defects in the regulation mechanism. Cities are a class of complex ecosystems of society - economy - nature. The aims of the conjugate ecological control of the urban ecology include the natural ecological harmony between human beings and the natural ecological factors of water, soil, air, organisms and the biogeochemical cycle etc.; the economic ecological harmony in social production, circulation, consumption, reduction and regulation of human beings; the harmony of the human life realm including subsistence, material gain, morals, faith, worldviews etc., as well as the systematic ecological harmony of the social technologies, institutions, cultures in time, space, quantity, pattern and order. The core of the regulations includes developments, adaptations, feedbacks and integrations. This article takes a case study of the conjugate ecological restoration planning within Mentougou district, Beijing as an introduction of the practice of conjugate ecological regulation methods.
