All pharmacists share responsibility for the education of pharmacy students and should be familiar with the educational methods available to train students. Every pharmacist in the United States is in a position to improve the practice readiness of new graduates through dialogue with individual colleges and schools of pharmacy and by initiating changes in ACPE's accreditation standards for Pharm.D. degree programs to better reflect evidence-based adult educational methods. © Copyright 2018, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Inc.
