摘要：

Based on the modern teaching design theories and the learning theory of constructivism, the design and creation ideas are introduced, the factors in the design of a courseware for P.E. students and other learners whose English is comparatively below the average are analyzed. A brief introduction of the design and the making of the courseware for English classroom are included.
