摘要：
The current state of Affairs in the shipbuilding industry related to the development of labor standards and pricing is considered. The goals and objectives of monitoring indicators of labor intensity and prices for work, services and material resources as a tool of information space and its role in the implementation of public policy, as well as the development and decision-making in the field of shipbuilding and ship repair are also defined. The place of modern digital technologies in providing the processes of estimation of labor intensity, control of terms of construction of the vessel and implementation of budgets is designated. On the basis of the analysis, proposals for the development of information system and expert-analytical support in the regulation of labor and cost determination are formulated.
