摘要
It is shown that the rural migrant workforce in urban amenities, who devote much to the development of the cities, lives in a bad residential environment. Detailed analyses reveal the reason. First, compared/ with the average laborage of rural migrant workers, the commercial house price is unacceptable, and the situation will last for a long time. Second, the problem of rural workforce residential conditions attract insufficient attention therefore lacks effective macro induction and control from the government to improve the situation. Resolution to the problem can be made by labor saving and constructing particular economic apartment in suitable places. Furthermore, it is necessary for the government to enforce the supervision and management of rural workers and their employers. By proper macro analysis and prediction, the government can direct the construction of particular economic apartment and peripheral infrastructure to reasonably decrease the housing cost and risk of the construction developers. Results show the concerted effort of the government, the employment and the rural workers forms the effective way of improving residential conditions in urban amenities.
