摘要
AIDS came to Brazil by the middle of 1980, so in 2002 were register for the Health Department around 135.000 cases. Brazil created the Brazilian Program Combat against AIDS, which bring through the national production of antiretroviral medicine with free care of thousand of patients in 1997. O Laboratorio Farmaceutico do Estado de Pernambuco (LAFEPE) Brazil is one of the biggest collaborators to guarantee the quality of the medications. Aim: To prove that the antiretroviral medicine produced for the LAFEPE attend the clinics parameters of bioavailability, which let the exchangeable between the respective reference medicines. Materials/Methods: There were follow the resolution N degrees 10 of January 02 of 2001 from the Agencia Nacional de Vigilancia Sanitaria (ANVISA). Results: Bioavailability was proving for the comparison of parameters pharmacokinetics Cmax (maxim plasmatic concentration) t(max) (necessary time for the Cmax) and AUC (area under plasmatic decrease curve) obtained for the LAFEPE's medicine and the respective reference medicine. Conclusion: Bioavailability test obtained the right speed and the AUC showed the total amount of drugs in comparison with the reference medicine proving the bioequivalence.
