摘要：
We studied the mediating effect of career adaptability between proactive personality and employability among 612 university students. Participants completed the Proactive Personality Scale, the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale and the University Student's Employability Questionnaire. The results showed: (a) There were significant relations among career adaptability, proactive personality and employability; (b) Proactive personality positively predicted employability with relationships mediated by career adaptability. It was concluded that proactive personality had direct effect on employability, and indirect effect on it with mediating by career adaptability.
