摘要
BACKGROUND: The proposed model of medical-psychological support of specialists' professional activity (Model), which is verified on military-men in extreme conditions. The aim of the study is to verify in practice the developed Model efficiency in providing complex psychological help for recovery to military-men's mental health who were in extreme conditions. METHODS: Psycho-diagnostic methods "Resistance to military' mental traumatization" (RMMT). The military-men total number was 366. RESULTS: The regularity of correlation between the influence level of extreme conditions and Model realization effect was revealed. In Group E-1 there are better tendencies of RMMT indices, than in Group E-2, unlike the indices of Group C where no substantial deviations were revealed. Statistical validity (P<0.05): P=0.029 for Group E-1; P=0.038 for Group E-2; P=0.041 for Group C. CONCLUSIONS: The developed Model has enabled estimating military-men's mental health in various extreme conditions, revealing tendencies and realizing prevention of mental disorders negative development, and also has ensured their recovery.
