Research on the Personnel Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Constructing the Two-Oriented Society in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration

On one hand, the construction of the Two-oriented Society is like a raging fire in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration but lacking of talents. On the other hand, the employment difficulty is increasing for graduates in higher vocational colleges. In view of this situation, from the construction of resources, industry and the industry chain in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration, the article analyzes the talent demands. In order to solve the employment problem of graduates in vocational colleges and the shortage of talents for the Two-oriented Society construction in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration, combining the practical condition of higher vocational colleges, the article develops the personnel training mode of higher vocational education, according with the Two-oriented Society construction in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration. Wuhan Urban Agglomeration, located in the east of Hubei province, consists of Wuhan, Huangshi, Ezhou, Huanggang, Xiaogan, Xianning, Xiantao and Tianmen those nine cities, of which Wuhan is the leading city. The land area is about 57800 square kilometers and the population is 31.23million. The GDP is 459.8billion yuan, which is 61 percent of the whole Hubei province. Wuhan Urban Agglomeration contains the essence of industry and agriculture, traffic construction and culture education of Hubei province. The Two-oriented Society means resource-saving and environment friendly society. At present, the building of the Two-oriented Society in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration is just in the primary stage, which is far from the requirement of government and the expected objective. As the deeper developing of the Two-oriented Society, the demand of talents is getting larger and larger.
