摘要：
State-owned assets in universities are the guarantee that universities call exist with development, and the key factors of training talented person. In recent years, there is a kind of phenomenon of state-owned assets outflow in universities, which has wasted national economic resources to a certain extent. To prevent state-owned assets outflow in universities effectively is the important task of management of state-owned assets in universities. This paper firstly defines the content of state-owned assets outflow ill universities, and then, analyzes the reasons oil the basis of exploring ways of state-owned assets Outflow in universities, and lastly it proposes the measures to deal with it, providing guidance on the management of state-owned assets, achieving the purpose of preserving and increasing the value of state-owned assets.
