摘要：
The early warning system on engineering risk is an effective means to prevent and control risk. According to the characteristics of engineering risk, this paper presents the construction of the risk early warning system based on engineering life-cycle. The thinking of Continued Management of Risk is proposed, which is throughout the whole process of the early warning system. The paper aims at improving the risk early warning system, to make it more scientific and reliable.
