摘要：
The advance of LC-TV will likely break the dominance of CRTs at the end of the first decade of this century. However, that does not mean that vacuum displays are fading away on short notice. Super slim CRTs will partially bereave FPDs from their competitive advantage of being slim. Furthermore, it will be shown that the performance of a FED can be enhanced with an innovative architecture.
