摘要：
Driving factor is critical to the success of enterprise informatization development. Despite the richness of Enterprise informatization development literature on the application of process theory, it is lack of empirical research on this areas Using the results of the survey on driving factors of EID of 117 enterprises in the cast of Guangdong Province, several relevant hypotheses are tested. The results showed that enterprise holistic support and the enterprise information need are the critical driving factors of EID, whereas enterprise mid-manager diathesis, enterprise low-employee information consciousness and exterior environment of enterprise informaitization have no significant impact on the EID. Finally, conclusions are formulated and some advises on the future research are presented.
