摘要:
Diastereomeric pure 8-substituted 2-(2-methoxyphenyl) and 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-6,6-dimethyl-5,7-methanoquinolines were prepared and assessed in the enantioselective palladium catalyzed allylic substitution of 1,3-diphenylprop-Zenyl acetate with dimethyl malonate and addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde.
