Exploration of Reducing "Non Chinese Characters Circle" Students' Difficulty in Learning Chinese Characters by Computer and Intelligent Mobile Phone Software

Because of their cultural background and language system and the Chinese culture, "Non cultural circle of Chinese characters" students are very different in learning Chinese. Compared with "the cultural circle of Chinese characters" students, The foreign students are more difficult in learning the Chinese language, especially in learning Chinese characters. Many students because it is unable to see a blur of Chinese characters and give up learning Chinese. This article put forward the concept of making good use of digital technology in Chinese characters learning based on the development of tablet and smartphone devices. By using translation software and new technology to help foreign students to alleviate the fear of learning Chinese characters.
