摘要：

Since advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) was widely applied, the discussion on how to improve the implementation effect, which is based on the human issues, has been the focus in the field of academy. Through the review of foreign relative studies, this paper constructs three categories and 14 indicators used to evaluate the AMT implementation effect. By the interview and survey on 7 equipment manufacturing firms in the northeast of China, the results showed that human factors had a significant relation with the AMT implementation, and further analyzed the different impact of human factors on AMT implementation in Chinese firms.
