Can Management Innovation Promote the Financial High-Quality Development of Enterprises?

China's economy is in the transition from "high-speed development" to "high-quality development". In order to achieve the overall improvement of product quality and service quality, innovation becomes the "first power source". Although China has made good achievements in the field of technological innovation in recent years, but according to the assessment, compared with many enterprises in developed countries, China's enterprises are still lagging behind in management, the gap is far greater than the gap on the technical level. Therefore, this paper takes A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2015 to 2019 as samples to investigate whether management innovation can effectively improve enterprise financial quality. It is found that management innovation can promote the high-quality development of enterprise finance; property right has significant moderating effect on the relationship between management innovation and financial quality. This study has important theoretical significance and reference value for enterprise management innovation to carry out management innovation and improve financial quality.
