摘要：

There is the phenomenon of lapped wingding and missed winding in the asynchronous winding mode. From the analysis of the sampling error and tracking error in this winding mode, a larger accumulated error is caused by the fluctuation of winding speed. Based on the analysis of the synchronous winding mode, the winding accuracy can be ensured at a high winding speed because of the following or pursuing pulse error. The theory of synchronous winding mode is introduced and the design of its hardware and software is presented.
