摘要：

A discussion on methods which use UV or visible spectrophotometric data for the determination of stability constants is presented. Three different subjects are considered in detail: the sources of errors affecting spectrophotometric measurements, the correlation between spectral and equilibrium parameters and then the decomposition of spectra in the component peaks.
