摘要：
The aim of this paper is to offer an approach for ERP development in order to solve Virtual Enterprise (VE) solution for new economy. Our case study hypotheses focus on WinMentor Enterprise as a Romanian local ERP company. With no sufficient expertise in this area in the company's development team, an outsourced team has to solve their problem of bidirectional data migration: Oracle to PostgreSQL (Ora2Pg) and PostgreSQL to Oracle (Pg2Ora). By relieving partner's developers of this task, they can continue to focus on developing software in parallel to a new dimension, that of Virtual Enterprises.
