Factors analysis with DEMATEL on implementing strategy of reverse logistics

While implementing reverse logistics strategy in China, there existed some distinct issues such as principle flaw and technology lack in the process of recycle, disposal and reuse of End-Of-Life Vehicles (ELV) and spare parts. And among those factors that affect this process, it is of great concern for enterprises to identify and recognize the importance and their interrelationship. This paper is attempted to apply a new quantitative method, Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), to analyze and rank the importance Of each factor and the logic causal relationship among all factors quantitatively by calculating two parameters of the causal degree and central degree.
