摘要
Sharing health information in psycho-oncology is a necessary condition to offer comprehensive care adapted to the patient's specificities and needs. We wish to recall the recommendations published in 2012 by the French and Fran-cophone psycho-oncology society, to put them in perspective with two clinical situations. The situations focus on two personality disorders, whose diagnosis is more complex in oncology, which makes the transmission of information even more necessary than for other more frequent psychological disorders.
