摘要
We present a multilayer-mirror-based monochromator providing ultra-narrow bandwidth and compact footprint for easy integration into HHG-based or FEL sources. The bandwidth (Delta E<0.5eV, E-c=similar to 91eV) of the monochromator is characterized experimentally in a HHG-based source.
