Study of the Sustainable Development Strategy of the Palaestra Construction for 2012 National Farmers' Sports Games from the Perspective of the Whole Life Cycle

The 2012 National Farmers' Sports Games will be held in Nanyang, which brings many opportunities for the construction of the stadium and gymnasium in the city. On the basis of analyzing the sustainable development strategies of the palaestra construction in Nanyang, the authors put forward the concept of the whole life cycle administration which ensures sustainable development of the palaestra. This research concerns testifying feasibility before the construction, creating multiple funds and efficiently use the funds, making sufficient use of inhering resources, paying attention to the overall design of the urban sports construction, improving team administration of sports facilities, and reasonable planning so as to guarantee the proper construction and ensure the sustainable development of sports facilities.
