摘要
In this paper, the Chinese Wind Energy Atlas at a resolution of 5 km is created by used Canadian Wind Energy Simulating Toolkit. Comparing with observation data, it is found that the simulation result is much better in mid-east China at low altitude areas, but the simulating ability is not very good in complex terrain and high-altitude. It is better to set the meteorological tower and combine this tower data and other observed data evaluating wind energy resources in these areas.
