摘要：

The article, taking into account the topicality of scientific and technical cooperation of the countries in the context border cooperation between Russia and Ukraine, offers a project of creating a technopark. Priority spheres of the joint work of Russian and Ukrainian experts in such structures are determined. Realization of border cooperation in the form of a technopark creation would enable realization of competitive advantages of Russia and Ukraine and would foster the scientific and technical progress and the global community development.
