摘要：
The establishment of university sports development evaluation system is a new method for universities facing new situations and problems. The theoretical evaluation system means that a new level has been achieved to cope with status quo of university sports. Only by establishing a scientific, rational and matching evaluation system, can university sports advance with the times.
