摘要：
This paper proposes a method of content-based image retrieval in order to overcome disadvantages of color histograms. We solve the serious problem in the color histogram method by dividing an image into regions and then comparing the regions. As a result of experimenting with 1,000 color images, the proposed method showed better precision than the existing method.
