摘要
Following the logic of conceptually systematic model, the author carries out an in-depth analysis of the content and characteristics of integration, the logistics system, as well as integrated supply chain logistics systems. The basic element dimension of the integrated supply chain logistics system consists of transportation, warehousing, moving, and information transaction. The integrated scope and the organization dimension are made up of integrated units, unified organizations, organizational networks as well as industrial organization cluster; The configuration dimension is built by elements integration, interfaces integration, processes integration, and system integration. These three dimensions constitute the three-dimension model of the integrated supply chain logistics.
