摘要：
In order to build an efficient check-in management system, a new application system based on workflow is proposed. The proposed system integrates the check-in workflow module, the mobile check-in terminal module, the Web check-in service module and the results query module. Users request the Web check-in server to obtain the workflow rules for checking in by the mobile check-in terminal and the check-in results are uploaded to the Web server. Users request the Web check-in server to obtain the check-in results by the results query module. Experiments show that the application system has achieved a high efficiency. The results show that the application of the system can meet the needs of users' daily check-in.
